You can do so by calling IRCC or filing GCMS notes. Doing either is pointless right now.
GCMS and CBSA are both backed up. Been waiting 45 days for CBSA notes - I got a reply from them today saying they are unable to give me an ETA on when they will deliver the notes.

I'm not able to reach an agent on the phone last week, I ordered notes to see where my background check is, who my VO are etc.. wow 45 day wait. Great job IRCC and CBSA.

Could it be because of the strike or because a lot more people are requesting GCMS and CBSA notes?

If the notes do arrive after 45 days? How latest is the information? I'm assuming they contain the data of 45 days from now?

the report won't have the latest information till the date it you received it, it will have information 2-3 weeks prior is what I have read prior in these forums

I'll let you know when I receive them.

I think it's because people realized that CBSA were generally quicker, now that trick is out of the bag everyone's going that route. Plus, CBSA has more thorough information IMO.

What's your COR?

After a bit of browsing, this is the strategy I will be going with:
Wait for my PR to arrive
Get Married
Apply for spouse's Vistor Visa
Fly To Canada - Me on PR and Spouse on Visitor Visa
Sponsor her PR while in Canada
Apply for her Open Work Permit right after submitting her PR application
Her PR will arrive in 12 months and meanwhile she can live with me on her Work Permit

If your martial status changes BEFORE you land in Canada, you need to declare your marriage to IRCC BEFORE you land. Its a MUST.

I always wondered why the PNP applications are slower than the other FSW applications, even tho they already passed a first verification from the province.

Dont think provincial verification is related to verification done by IRCC. IRCC will surely conduct their own.
