Called at IRCC centre, they said criminality and information sharing are passed and the application is going through security screening. Please update me how much time they usually take for this stage?

Security Screening can take anywhere from 1 month to 2+ years... it all depends what type of security screening you're going through. Only way to find that out is to order CBSA/CSIS notes.

Do you already have the copr details in tracker? The security screening normally takes from months to half year depending on it is a standard one or comprehensive one.

No COPR details in tracker yet. BGC is showing in progress in the tracker. Rest everything is complete there.

I would also recommend you to get a GCMS notes.

Hey Panchai,

The same thing happened to me. IRCC told me I had been approved and to wait for the email. I waited a little over two weeks, and then called back. When I called back I was asked why I hadn't replied to the email. I told them I hadn't received it, and to resend it, and they told me they will try. I decided to find all the Virtual landing teams emails and email them myself in hopes of getting a reply. It worked, one of them replied to me in less than 12 hours with portal 2 details skipping portal 1. I logged in immediately and submitted my address, photo, and declaration. A few days later I got my eCopr. If you want help getting through this using the method I did then dm me.

Many thanks for your reply! This is very insightful, would you mind to DM on how to contact the Virtual landing team? To update, we contacted IRCC on May 22 morning and similar to the first call, they noted that they had sent it and wonder why we haven't got it. Thanks again!

I was wondering if anyone had my advice we are applying through EE FSW and recorded PPR sent off copies of passports and photos to London VAC have the update saying it is being processed by IRCC online application status tracker says in process but all sections are complete and our COPR document number and expiry date is visible. Was last updated on 5th May how long does it take to get eCOPR? Are we lost in the pile? Is there still a chance we might be denied?

You don't get eCope for outland app. You will eventually get your COPR in the mail. Whenever GCKey shows the application status as approved that's when they have gotten to your mailed documents. Except your COPR to come in a few days after that.

Wow, I actually received the email after following @KaiAT, I can't believe I've been waiting them all these months with green completed status and it's as simple as that, we are now doing IRCC job, how incompetence can they get?!! I was skeptical but I was wrong..
Anyway, big thanks to @KaiAT, really, I could be waiting for another 6 months if it wasn't for you!

If anyone can tell me that once eligibility go green and completed in the tracker, after how many days, in most of the cases, does the background check changes from in process to complete? I am talking about standard and not the comprehensive screening part. Your replies bring so much respite and comfort!!!

I think I have been waiting for nearly 2 months now. Nothing in my email inbox. Can I do anything about this?

Try applying for gcms notes, call ircc to know what is the status of your file, specifically ask if security has been cleared or not and what is the status of all stages. Also, if the final decision has been made on your file.
Raise webforms attaching your gcms notes and based on your conversation with ircc call centre agent.
Read walnorez's detailed comment on this thread on what could be included in web forms.
I got mine within 2 days of raising a web form attaching my GCMS notes.

Just one question. How long between all was completed in green in your tracker and the copr number on tracker ? Thanks
