I believe as long as it says Eligibility has not started, I can ask for full refund, right?
I have submitted my docs on 28th November, and already received AOR.

Lots of time, I called them,sent webform and also ask the MP,but all of them said that I have to be patient, after 20 months I can follow up!

Both ECAS and AST are now showing BG Check In progress for me.

Everyone thinks the background check in progress update on the 19th on the online tracker is a glitch. I think one way to find out is if you all can call the automated helpline on 18882422100 and see if it says there as well that we are currently processing your background check. If so then maybe it's not a glitch, otherwise we will know it is. Please reply to this post and advice what your status is on the helpline for background check.

The helpline typically read out what's in eCAS. For me both eCAS and online tracker had the same update. I will call and let you know.

I agree ecas changed for me as well it actually changed a day before the 19th and it also shows they started reviewing the ADR I submitted in Feb on the 18th. So I don't feel like it's a glitch for me but I want to see what it says for others. The helpline started saying bg check in progress on the night of the 18th.

Yeah, I don't think its a glitch. I just called and the helpline said my BG is in progress.

Although not glitch per say - helpline agent appears to may have access to GCMS tool to read the latest or last updated status on file. I called 3~ weeks after getting GCMS notes and agent told me there is no change in assessment. Info sharing & Criminality is in-progress. However it seems there was a bulk push for background check as everyone reports background check in-progress. I think a ghost update in GCkey account is more accurate to tell some major change happen on the application.
