I want to write my own H&C application for the best interest of child and establishment in Canada as I do not have money to pay to Lawyers. Do i just need to tell my family story and child medical condition or we do refer to some other case references in the affidavit? What kind of information must be included in the affidavit and what is not included? Any advice by anyone will be highly appreciated who have such similar application drafted earlier? Thanks in advance.

You will need solid evidence about his medical condition and how hard it would be for him to get this medical care in home country. Medical reports, letters from doctors/teachers/social workers, World Bank reports about poor medical care in your home country, letters from friends/family with pictures etc. Many people should write reference letters to support your case and ideally talk about your child in those letters. Affidavit is just resume of your case - the real evidence should be provided separately.
i am currently located near London in Ontario. Can anyone recommend an attorney with H&C experience? and where can I find a list of documents required for evidence? Thank you
There is no required list. It depends on what your case is. Is it based on best interest of child born in Canada? Are you asking for medical exemption? Do you have mis-representation or criminal inadmissibility? If you tell us the reason for seeking HC, we can recommend suitable evidence to support that.
Sorry I don’t have any idea. My application was paper based. But if you receive AOR it means they already started processing your application
