I logged into my GCKey Account and saw my status changed to Application/Profile Updated, when I checked I see where the document was in review status and then immediately after that I received an email that they have successfully received my documents. - I think I may receive my medical request soon. Hopefully no more ADRs.

Hi Guys,
I did my biometric on 5 march 2023 and it status shows completed in Tracker. But for my spouse it still indicates as "In progress". Do anyone have any idea, normally how long it take to change the biometric status from "In progress" to "Complete"? Is this is common to take much time?
My criminality/biometrics has been in progress since November-December last year.

Does anyone noticed that GCMS notes boosts the speed of the process, not officially but if anyone think it helps?
I do not think GCMS notes boosts the application timeline. It is meant only for getting detail information on your application and stages pending during the process.

I will leave it for forum members to comment, If someone had such experience where application processing has been boosted during GCMS notes request.

I agree, I doubt it. Even if it did, how would anyone know? What if you application would have been approved at that time anyway?

I think it depends when "Info sharing" and "criminality" is passed. In the info sharing, it checks for applicant (& dependents) record with 5 partner country including Canada (RCMP), USA, Aus, NZ, and UK. Also with other allied partner country if needed. They obviously do this using the biometric information along other intel. Once all of this is completed and receives NRT (No Reportable Trace) from all, the biometric is completed.

I don't think their system automatically update the tracker to indicate biometric is completed. I think the officer working the file has to update this information in their tool for the tracker to reflect that it is completed, and post that one would see its completed. So maybe for spouse, either Info sharing/criminality is in progress (waiting to receive info from partners) or that VO is yet to update the file. You can call and verify. We're in non-express entry stream, it's slow processing by default and for some lucky ones (saying lucky because their file moved quick like for some provinces deemed priority but there are other factors which aren't transparent to general public to know), those got decision in less time compared to others.

Does anyone know what the date on the updated section (top right of the screen) of the tracker system means?

Something strange: one of the entries indicating "we sent you a message" is no longer visible. It happened to be the very last one.

Yes I'm SINP, what's the question?
[/QUOT. My family and I did upfront medicals and was given an emedical form to send to IRCC through a web form, but I've not been able to upload it on the web form b'cos a required field shows 'express entry'. Mine is SINP non- express entry. Is there any other way of sending the emedical form to IRCC or wait till I'm asked to go for Medicals? I've already submitted my application.

Hello Everyone
I just received my nomination and I have a query. How can I submit my spouse document in my application. Like her passport, PCC, medical, birth certificate, photo.

What additional form needed to be filled for the dependent

If someone has been on the same boat and found the solution, please guide me.

Thank you in advance

On your application doesn't it says that you don't need medical?

Are you inland applicant?

You have to notify SINP and seek revised nomination. IRCC may then come back to you and ask for details about the updated job.

If you did medicals upfront you don't need to do anything else. You can still send it through web form just in case - it doesn't matter what the drop drown says. The UCI and application number will identify you and be forwarded automatically - you want to pick paper application anyway

It does not boost , instead it puts your application on hold, Because they need to compile all the info and provide you final report. I just got notified about it by MP when I inquired, and that also puts your file out of standard processing times. So only apply for GCMS notes if you have been waiting out of standard processing times. Unknowingly after reading from posts in this thread I stalled my application for two months!
