How long it might take to complete the whole process after submitting PCC?

what else can I do as this new tracker isn't working for us. any number to contact ircc or email or people talk about gcms note, though i am not aware what is this but if you can please help me. we are out of canada.
Correct these errors:
Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

I see... just try to make sure of one thing when you try to create an account. There are two types of tracker accounts you can create; one is for the principal applicant or sponsor and the other is for the representative. From the error message you posted, it appears that you may have tried to create the account using the representative option. Try checking whether this is the case, if so, click on the principal applicant or sponsor tab and try. Hope it works.

That is strange - The only suggestion I can think of is to raise a web form inquiry for technical issues. Be sure to attach screenshots of the error message.

ok I will raise web form. Also 1 more question, I am sorry to bother you, I have change my job in December, do I have to notify IRCC because in web form I don't get the drop down option for change in employment. pls help

I received PAL on 13th December 2022 and nothing after that

Hi, i am not sure about this since my pnp stream was not related to a job offer. If your nomination is tied to a job offer, you may have to. I am really not sure, sorry. Which stream are you?
