Mine is as follows:
1. Received an email asking for information - 16th March (Replied on the same day)
2. Received login details for the portal - 18th March
3. Declared my presence in Canada, updated the address, and uploaded a picture on the portal - 18th March
4. ECOPR received, Address approval, and ECOPR download: 23rd March
Photo approved in the portal - Under review with IRCC
5. VO - Calgary
6. Still waiting for my PR card.

I just uploaded my photo onto the portal. I can see my COPR details already in the PR tracker. What can I expect after this? Is this the same as eCOPR or?? It expires in August :O

More hopeful news for Montreal VO people!

GCKey account says that our PR cards were approved and mailed -- on March 25th for dependent and March 28th for the principal applicant. We received our eCoPRs on February 3rd.

(Received an email when the status changed to Approved for the dependent but on the next day; nothing for the principal applicant yet, maybe will receive it tomorrow. PR portal still shows address and photos as In review with IRCC.)
