I am on the same boat. Everything was completed in tracker on the 6th of March. Dec 2 AOR. waiting.

As soon as they start reading 1st menu of options - press 2.
When they start next menu - press 1.
Then in next - 2
next - 0
Dont bother listening to the options it will just slow you down.
Try this several times and if lucky you are will get through once and join the wait queue.
In this wait queue you can pick the option of callback.
i dont see the CoPR number in the tracker and no upates in GCkey login as well. The application status is inprogress. I am not aware of my VISA office details.
The IRCC call centre telling you to wait till 12months time line is like telling a kid that his turn will come when he is a grown up, while waits in the line to get his cake, restless , peeking at everyone’s plate and how fast they all are getting.. blah blah

The agent I spoke to said I just have to wait now as all stages are complete.
I have this eerie feeling that there may have been an email sent shortly after Feb 21, that went to my spam inbox (which I cleared early this month). The agent said no emails sent but I'm not sure.

My tracker was updated today and now it shows Eligibility in Progress. Background Verification still Not Started.

Do you guys think that people who have good amount of time left it their work permits see extra delay in their cec application ?
I have AOR - 10th Dec and have seen no updates/GUs or tracker progress since med/bio link of 12th Jan.

My work permit is valid till Sep 2024 and I didn't see any updates from Jan 19th till today.
Fair observation but one can't be sure in the absence of more info. My WP is valid till aug 2024. Last update on my application was feb 21. (aor dec 01)
My Work Permit expires on Jan 6th 2024 and I have no updates since Med/bio pass on Jan 5th.
