I got a Letter of Acceptance for Personal Worker Certificate at CIMT College( a private career college). I will like to know if I can relocate with my husband and 2 kids( 2 years and 5 years old) to Canada while I study. I am concerned that this course is just 25 weeks, would the immigration allow us? Also, would my husband get a work permit?

The school is not eligible for a PGWP so that means your husband won't qualify for an open work permit. It's hard to say if your children would be approved for TRVs or not based on this school.
This school really gives you and your husband no path for working in Canada and no real path to PR. It's a waste of money if that is your goal. Pick a public college instead.
