While uploading the documents to the IRCC Portal, should I name the documents as
LAST NAME - FIRST NAME - Document Type - Document.pdf
OR
LAST NAME - FIRST NAME MIDDLE NAME - Document Type - Document.pdf
as my passport has the given name as FIRST NAME MIDDLE NAME
LAST NAME - FIRST NAME - Document Type - Document.pdf
OR
LAST NAME - FIRST NAME MIDDLE NAME - Document Type - Document.pdf

I can only upload a single document under "Other" Category
When I try to add one more "Other", it is not allowing me to add, is this a glitch, can someone please advice

CPC has just sent me an email requesting that I pay the RPRF.
Does this mean that our application has been approved and that we will receive COPR soon?

May I know when ca I accept the CoPR email as the document number is generated in the portal but I haven't received an email regarding the same:
Application received by IRCC: July 19th, 2022.
Sponsorship approval: October 7th, 2022.
Biometric requeted: 8th October, 2022.
Medical completed: Nov 08, 2022
Eligibilty completed: Mar 07, 2023
Background verification: Mar 07, 2023.
Pre Arrival letter: Mar 08, 2023
Interview: Not required.
Decision made: Mar 08, 2023
CoPR - Updated in portal
CoPR email - Not received

Also, one qq, I have GCkey account created but when I enter my details (PA), I am not able to find any application. Any idea on this?
March 2022 Spousal sponsorship applicant (family class) - We received Interview request letter to attend in-person at New Delhi Visa office India. However, PA is in Canada on Visitor visa and we already raised webform for address change & address have been updated. What should we do now?

Similar situation here, paper outland July application. Everything in PR Tracker done, pre arrival letter in GCKey and decision made in ECAS on March 9, waiting for passport request or CoPR in email.
I think for outland applicants it may take 1 - 2 weeks, but can be up to a month. Hoping for the best
