It's not an issue at all. If the processing of your application ends up taking a lot of time, IRCC might ask you for new certificates. As you said that getting these take time and effort, some people prefer (and some immigration lawyers recommend) not submitting them with the application but rather when IRCC asks for them. But, I think, most of the applicants submit them with the application like you.

Does that email also contain an application number right at the start of the email and/or in the subject line and/or an attached pdf, usually along with your UCI? If yes, you're one of the lucky ones who got their AOR pretty fast!
