Hi I am not able to connect to IRCC agents. Is there a way to get a call back ? i tried to call on 8882422100.

When calling, don't expect to get into the queue the first 10 times as their queue is always full. You have to keep trying randomly and hope that there is at least one slot available. I dial, press 2 to avoid entering UCI, then 1 > 3 > 0. That will take you directly to the line for document replacement queue, same as customer service. - If you are lucky enough to get placed in the queue, from there the IVR will ask if you would like to request a call back to press a certain number. There is no other way that I am aware of that you can do this.
I would think it would be the email on file for the principal applicant.

I am not sure how long that takes. Agent mentioned she do not have timeline for that. But this is the only pending thing
The agent is right, its on a case by case basis. It all depends on what IRCC has to gather for the applicant, they could also do an extensive check as well.
It could also be pretty quick, for example, I know of at least two folks who got their PR within two weeks after AOR. It was like AOR > MP > PAL > DM > Portal 1 > Portal 2 all within days
