When calling, don't expect to get into the queue the first 10 times as their queue is always full. You have to keep trying randomly and hope that there is at least one slot available. I dial, press 2 to avoid entering UCI, then 1 > 3 > 0. That will take you directly to the line for document replacement queue, same as customer service. - If you are lucky enough to get placed in the queue, from there the IVR will ask if you would like to request a call back to press a certain number. There is no other way that I am aware of that you can do this.

This is really fast to keep trying. Thanks for steps.

I got through it. Gave my call back no. This was really fast
Awesome, happy it worked for you! Oh yeah it took me sometime to listen all the options and figure out & document the best way to just dial back to back without wasting time.

I am not sure how long that takes. Agent mentioned she do not have timeline for that. But this the only pending thing
The agent is right, its on a case by case basis. It all depends on what IRCC has to gather for the applicant, they could also do an extensive check as well.
It could also be pretty quick, for example, I know of at least two folks who got their PR within two weeks after AOR. It was like AOR > MP > PAL > DM > Portal 1 > Portal 2 all within days :D.
