Thanks a lot for clarifying my doubts. This is really helpful. Do you know if there is a time window within which one needs to reply to that email or can that be done at any time of my choosing? I'm just worried whether there would be an issue if I don't respond to that email for a month.

I replied to IRCC that I will travel, they put my application on hold until i came back. they asked for proof of coming back to Canada. It was all okay. dont worry.

The processing times for new PR cards is now changed to 36 days.. Good news I guess.. Anyone waiting for more than 36 days after eCoPR?

Yup, call them yesterday and they said they would contact the Montreal VO because it was over the processing time. Have to continue to wait to see if that makes any difference for me.

Ok, I am doing the same thing right now. My COPR is Jan 29th.

Also VO Montreal waiting for PR card for over 40 days, and also got an agent on the phone yesterday after submitting another webform, they said the same thing that they submitted immediate request for production. Not sure how true it is…

Just off the call with IRCC and the same thing here. They'll send a message to the VO and that's it.

I don't trust their processing times. They lie BIG TIME.
