Congratulations on your work permit. What is the code on your LMIA - LW? If so, no. No such thing as sponsorship. Even coming to Canada, you cannot sponsor them unless you get PR through PNP program. Maybe in the future spouse will be able to apply for open work permit but consultation still to be undertaken. Your family can apply for visitor visas to visit you.
Spousal/family sponsorship is restricted to those who are already PRs or citizens. So you're in the wrong forum here.
