If the PR card status still says submitted does that mean it hasn't been accepted & mailed?
Yes, the PR card is mailed with the change of the application status to "Approved".
Nope we just attached the tickets flying out and begged for speediness lol We will see. He received ecopr jan 31st. and we need to have his card by March 3rd so we will see. Hes through BC PNP so not sure if different streams are faster or what. I have no idea.
