VO is Etobicoke. I received eCOPR on Jan 12 and still waiting for PR card. Address has been accepted but not photo.

I got one for the credentials and right after I submitted my declaration and photo I got another that it has been submitted. I guess I'm now waiting for the eCOPR and PR card?

Why is Calgary so slow in issuing the eCOPR? Has anyone been able to get in touch with them?
