I am also a SINP nominee in the OID category.

1. So, for FDs, I am attaching the bank letter mentioning all the FDs and FD receipts; are these sufficient?

2. Are you describing the steps for signing the forms for non-PNP express entry online applications? I believe it used to be like that when paper applications were considered, but since September 2022, everything has gone online, and I don't see any form to sign and upload manually, and they have also stated that not signing any document manually and simply writing a name at the end is considered a signed application, please clarify!

1. Bank letter should be on letter head with sign and stamp.
2. Yes, I mentioned signing requirements for paper based, I didn't use online portal yet!

This is sad and frustrating,seems the Etobicoke is a dead end? The lastcorrespondence was July 2022, demanding additional documents and submitted next day.
Even the medical that was submitted in August is yet to be acknowledged?
This is tiring.

my application was on the final step- security check. and today <I was laid off. I read another situation when the officer give the PR anyways even applicant was terminated or lost a job. As it was on final - and my application from 2020 August 21.

I still bawling... can not stop crying. please share what you know about this situation, thanks a lot in advance

As per my understanding IRCC may ask for new job offer and job approval letter and u have revise ur Nomination certificate with new employment.

I received my portal email2 with username and password. I changed the password and I entered in and went through step 1 and step 2 . But when I try to upload my photo it keeps saying : Your photo is being validated
I tried this many times and its the same and keeps saying same : Your photo is being validated

Does anyone no how to solve the problem?

Seriously??! So this will add up again to the processing time which is already way past its due? This is just so unfair and depressing..why do we have to undergo this kind of torture..

I was laid off from my old employer as well. My nomination was employer restricted.
I contacted SINP and they advised me to look for a new employer who can give me a Job Offer.
After I found a new employer, they revised my nomination cert with the new employer, but still the certificate is employer restricted.
I currently have a Closed work permit now.
I understand your feeling, but stay strong and contact your province asap so they can assist you.

I was laid off from my old employer as well. My nomination was employer restricted.
I contacted SINP and they advised me to look for a new employer who can give me a Job Offer.
After I found a new employer, they revised my nomination cert with the new employer, but still the certificate is employer restricted.
I currently have a Closed work permit now.

I have experienced the same and submitted revised Nomination Certificate on Dec 13, 2022, Received acknowledgement from IRCC on Dec 21, 2022 and now waiting for PPR.

U can only check once u receive ur file no and link application with gckey portal

Plz let me know what is the maximum time being taken from Medical received "Decision Made " status to PPR letter. For me its more than 2 months now and bit worried.
