I'm inclined to agree with you. We have barely seen any eCOPRs being issued over the last two months. So the quota must be full. Still, let's hope that we get DMs by Christmas, as that's as close to a guarantee as we can possibly get and then hopefully our eCOPRs come through for all of us in Q1 2023.
Thx and indeed good luck to all of us.
But I'm pessimistically thinking that I'll fall off the ship of DM-this-year since I've got another enemy named CBSA aiming at my back according to the GCMS notes lol

How so with CBSA? (don't have to divulge if you don't want to)
as mentioned in my signature, a previous GCMS Note from mid-Nov shows "Security screening by CBSA"...but I've no idea whether this is THE security screening that takes an eternity to be finished or just a regular security check...

I don't know whether to laugh, cry or just be apathetic. Anyway, I am going to muddy the waters here a bit. Yesterday, as I was scrolling through immigration-related Twitter, I found that several lawyers were complaining that their clients were not getting landed (portal emails). Then one of them shared the following response from IRCC (presumably to a webform inquiry). I hope that @MudMoverGeorge is right and that we will start to see a flow of portal emails and eCOPRs next month, but I would not be surprised if IRCC's landing gear is broken and we will be left circling in the sky for much longer. Anyway, let's hope for the best.

I submitted my online application for permanent residence on 24 Nov. 2022 after being nominated. What should I be expecting from IRCC. Am applying from outside canada anyway
Congratulations on getting an application in. Hopefully, you will have a shorter wait period than many previous applicants. An excellent place to get an idea about the next steps and timelines is the following spreadsheet, please consider adding and updating your data too: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1U00ooiZO57vNqjpgsTvhciDdiffcozBk8os9T_zkXVg/edit#gid=0

COPRs on this sheet have been stuck on 53 for a huge while now. Could it be that IRCC hasn't issued COPRs for a long time, or are people just lazy to update their timeline with their COPRs?

Hi guys!
I have a question, Applied at 7 th of september. AR at 6 december and I am an inland aplicant. Can I do my medical result for my dependents? if yes, please explain step-by-step what I supposed to do. Right know I am in my home country, if I leave my wife can't do herself. That's why this is very important to me

You're looking at the data selectively. In fact, the sheet computes the average time to AOR as 287 days which is close to 9 months. Honestly if you receive it within a year that's just good news.
what is AOR? I applied for PR (Non express entry) in online PR portal in Nov 3 and on Dec 2, I received email from IRCC with my UCI number and application number and they told me to link the application with my GC account. I linked my PR application right away after this email. Is it the AOR everyone is talking about?

And for my medical and biometrics, it says that I do not need one (I gave biometrics before and valid until 2028, I gave medical last year too), Background status is they are processing. Does it mean someone is working on my file?
