CEC Applicants - September 2022 - Submission after ITA

I got an email saying there was a change on my application the next day(26th) of medical passed, but nothing changed on my status.
Do you guys think it was just a delayed email for the medical pass? Or could it be a ghost update?
As far as I know, my background check was 'We are processing your background check.' from the start, and haven't changed.

I've got the same email 24Hrs after MEP. I've read that MEP email has a delay of 24Hrs but I could be wrong.

I got my ITA on Oct12th under Canadian Expereicen class and submitted all documents on Oct28th.

I submitted the upfront medical receipt while submitting the application. They updated the portal with that receipt.

As per the other thread, July applications started getting Ghost updates.

My guess is that ghost update represents either first or second stage of ROE (review of eligibility). I could be wrong.
