Hello Everyone,
Please, regarding form IMM 0008 SCH4 ,item 4, there is this statement: 'Amount of unencumberred transferrable, and available funds you have in Canadian dollars'. For an individual already working in Canada and does not have all the required funds for a family size in the account, what is the best way to complete this part? Since one is employed, and paystubs have been uploaded, would that suffice? Is it possible to leave the space blank or one should fill in the required amount for ones family size? Thanks

Yes, the ADR has been so frustrating; if IRCC needs/wants this information, they should let us know up front when we submit our PR application rather than springing surprises, no matter what justification they may have for verifying requirements. However, we have no choice but to comply with any IRCC request; that's the reality.

Yes, I had a minor credit card balance in my POF when submitting the application to OINP. However, IRCC did not ask for POF at the PR application stage, so this was also a surprise. The only way I wrapped my head around this request was by assuming that they wanted to see where I was shopping to verify that I had maintained my residence in Ontario. Otherwise, it makes no sense that they want to see credit card transactions for 4 months!

Yes, basically, they got me (and a few others in this thread) to refill and physically sign, scan and upload all but the IMM0008 form.

Which stage of the process are you at?

Hello @SCW,
I guess you applied via the PNP Business Class., since you mentioned form IMM 0008 SCH4A while giving an update on the ADR.

Oh no, I mentioned the IMM0008, which is the generic PR application form. I applied under the OINP PHD-PNP stream.

I have a question? If I have tyep-2 Diabetes, is not eligible or any problems in Medical passing ?

This is very hard to say unfortunately.

It depends on if your diabetes will cost the taxpayer $120,285 over 5 years (or $24,057 per year). This figure is known as the "Excess Demand" threshold. How much does your insulin cost? They may ask you to explain how much your treatments/medicines cost and need to see it go well under that threshold.

Please, I urgently need help on the inquiry below. Much appreciation.

Just answer the question: how much Canadian money do you have in your bank account(s) right now? Just put that amount in and be done with it. Don't make it complicated, answer the question.

Yeup, it's pretty quick once they receive the card. Entire process took me 1 week including mailing it and the weekend.
May I ask when specifically did you apply for it? My fingerprint card was delivered 3 days ago but the application status still says incomplete because missing fingerprint card.

It will continue to say that until they process it and you get an email notification indicating that it is complete.
I applied in mid August 2022.

Without removing representative from application, only option is asking him every week about process, calling cic customer service or you can also listen your status online on same number through which you call cic customer service.
thanks a lot. I just listened to the status by calling cic. now I feel concerned about the review of eligibility. they are still reviewing whether it meets my eligibility requirements. I received PAL a month ago and I really though that receiving PAL would mean also "eligibility passed", or they might not have updated status yet?I never know it.

i passed my medical back in august, and I'm still stuck in reviewing eligibility, no idea if I got PAL as I've not heard from my lawyer. This process is so slow :( but at the same time others have been waiting longer than I have.

you are seemingly often similar to my situation lol. Lets keep moving!

Guys, just ignore the shit about eligibility and background. Who cares? The fact you have a nomination certificate already makes you eligible. The only reason you would ever need to worry is if you're a terrorist, have hidden a DUI charge or you know you have intentionally breached the terms of your nomination contract. The only reason you haven't passed these things (as far as you can see) is because they are freaking slow.

hi all,

i got 2 days ago IRCC asking me to link my application.

i submitted my application on NON-EE portal 08/10

do you guys have an idea the estimative time for the AOR?

thank you

Same here. So either the PAL it's a joke or the status shown in the GCKey account/phone is. Or both lol. In fact, I got the PAL back in Jul9 of this year which was about a week after the AOR but they just threw me an ADR about 10 days later lol. And things has being stuck there ever since.

Anyway, neither the online/phone status shows the latest updates in detail. The only way to get that it's to request GCMS notes. Go search it or ATIP (Access to Information and Privacy). It'll take more than 1 mo (I've ordered one with the almighty IRCC but 1.5 mo+ has passed, nothing whatsoever lol).

in other words, it is not us whose eligibility needed to be checked; it's them, for their "eligibility" for the job qualification. lol
