So what happened is I received a message saying I am missing Declaration, commitment and authorization form. So I called them, and they said sometimes 'missing' means the info on the doc is incorrect/incomplete. So I asked how signing a document can go wrong? They looked into it and said the signature is electronic and it is not acceptable. I knew that beforehand so I printed, signed, and scanned it. And IT IS clearly recognizable that it is scanned. They said the only way now is to resend the doc and hope it'll pass this time. With no other way of proving it's a handwritten signature.
