1. No, POF is not required. You can atttach a LOE in the POF section mentioning that you have been invited under the CEC category and are exempt from showing the proof of funds.
2. Yes, you can submit it before/after the medicals.
3. Ideally no. But IRCC may ask for an updated PCC later.
4. All program draws only started in July this year, so we only have CEC candidates in post AOR stage for the past 2-3 months. It's not enough data to predict the processing time for CEC applicants yet. I have seen a few July folks have received their BIL/MEP approx 2 months from their AOR date.
Hi, thank you for the info. I haven’t given my biometrics yet. I came to canada in 2018 December and biometrics wasn’t required at that time.
Don’t we get biometrics letter immediately after submitting application? I’m going to India on November 26th and will return back to canada on feb 4th . What if I receive biometrics letter during that time and will there be any specific time period to give biometrics?

BIL takes time, it could be a few weeks to 2 months approximately post submission. I don't know what is the current time period to give your biometrics, but I had given mine 2 years back as part of my work permit application and it was 90 days then.

Hello Guys

I have received ITA under CEC on August 31st 2022
My forms are filled and all documents are uploaded but have few queries if some one can help me with it

Q1. In Travel/National Identity document upload section should I upload all pages of passport along with study & work permit or only front & last page of passport is sufficient ?
Q2. In travel history I have only travelled from India to Canada for study and then made one trip during my work permit back to India and now again in Canada. Should I include this in travel history?
Q3. Digital Photo requirement mentions that photograph to be 50X70mm but passport pro gave me a regular photo without cropping, would that be fine or I need to have exact dimension for the photo?

would really appreciate if anyone can advice on this asap need to submit my profile as deadline is nearing

Thanks

Can someone please provide your inputs on below query?

I am the primary applicant and I have my spouse as dependent in my profile. I haven’t added my daughter as a dependent as she is a Canadian and now after submitting the application under view dependents I see my daughter’s name too and she has a UCI# too. Is this normal? I have provided all her documents like passport and birth certificate. I have added her name under family details section. I haven’t paid the PR fee for her. Earlier when I got the invite I only saw my husband’s name. Should I call IRCC and ask about this??

This is normal. I had the same case as yours as our child is also Canadian. You will list your daughter as non-accompanying as she won't be included in your immigration application since she's a Canadian . Include the same statement in your LOE indicating the same. I have heard that VO officer upon checking the documents will remove the dependant , and the fees the express entry system asks doesn't include any fees for non-accompanying member. Also the UCI numbers are only temporary and once completeness check is complete your regular uci number will be updated there.

Q1- You only need to upload current valid passport and should scan all pages of passport that have a marking, stamps along with front and last page. Work permit copies are not required anr you can attach them in your work experience section. Please read carefully the instructions.

Q2- Yes, ofcourse since you travelled , why wouldn't you.

Q3- That's not the photo requirements-50*70 is for actual PR card but not for post ITA submission. For this you need to have 35*45 mm only at minimum and other requirements.

Note- Ensure you include your eca and ielts results in education document section as there isn't any section to upload these and they delay stuff if you don't add it.
Also read the instructions bery carefully for each document.

Frame size
• The final frame size of the photo must be at least 35 mm x 45 mm.
• The photographs must show a full front view of the head and tops of shoulders, with the face in the middle of the photograph.
• The size of the head, from chin to crown, must be between 31 mm and 36 mm.
• Digital dimensions are often expressed in pixels or DPI (dots per inch). The physical dimensions in pixels must be at least 420 x 540.
Quality/resolution
If an existing photo is being scanned, the minimum resolution must be 600 pixels per inch.
File format
• The file may be submitted in JPEG or JPEG2000 format.
• The final size of the image should ideally be 240 kB (kilobytes), but not less than 60 kB.
• The image must be in color (24 bits per pixel) in RGB color space, which is the common output for most digital cameras.

Thank you. Is it mandatory to have LOE? I have already submitted my application and received AOR

It's not mandatory, if you did say in your daughter's forms why she is not included and included the passport/birth certificate , it should be good. Having LOE is sometimes just helpful for the VO.

Pretty good progress. Is your R10 complete?
The temporary UCI number will change to regular UCI number once R10 is done.
Hi my friend. Whats R10? I received the biometric request. this is my second
So what was your cutoff score?
I dont know what you mean by cut off score but my points around 900 I have PNP+LMIA+Canadian degree+ 3 years working experience. the draw I got invited was on June 10 or so. this is my second PR application because my first one got decline as incomplete because I forgot to attached my actual degree certificate. I did attache my confirmation of graduated + final transcript and still got declined. However, I haired a lawyer to submit this one. good luck for all!!
