we have applied as afamily in September last year
My file was completed on June 22
My wife is pending background and language
My file was showing Decsion made and on 16 sep retuned to in process and there a ghost update at the same date
What is the meaning of this?
any advice should I split my application and the kids application from her file or this will delay the process more?
her BG is pending since January almost 9 months now .
please advice what is going on our files , her fie status on ATIP is Routine- Pending clearnce

Same thing happened to me.
I took test in Canada and my wife took test outside canada.

(Check my previous posts for proper dates)

bg-pro-others completed on june-15 for me and my wife.
but on JUn 23 My status changed to decision made but my wife's bg-and-others moved back to in Progress.
After that no change for over two months. and they requested my wife to attend vitural interview.(which was for like 5 mins)
on the same day everything moved to completed and DM and oath Ceremony update.

I emailed him and he emailed me a consent form to fill out

That link is of ECAS which generally does not tend to work for Online applicant. Webform would be the ideal way for you then.

Hello Everyone just to provide an update. I received my certificate today Oct 3. My oath was on August 25 and my app closed on August 29. My certificate was mailed out on sept 27 as per the date on the envelop. My processing office was scarborough but took my oath with the montreal office. I will apply soon for
my passport. Thank you everyone

Hello Everyone, I just received a ghost update on my application and just had my Language Skills updated but not the Physical Presence and Prohibitions. I'm not sure if anyone has ever had a situation like this
