As the title suggests, I meed to know how early can I go to canada after I get my visa.

Most people say 28 days before the program starts. But my concern is this https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/study-permit/prepare-arrival.html

Go to how early can you arrive in canada section and please refer to that. If I am wrong somewhere please suggest me. I have an emergency to go to my relatives in canada as soon as possible. So what can I do?
There is no set amount of time to travel to Canada before your classes start. The general consensus is to travel with no more than 1 month in advance. However, I've seen testimonies of people that has traveled with 2 or 3 months in advance and had no problem when entering the country.

Based on everything I've read, I do believe traveling with too much anticipation could mean having to answer additional questions from the VO. Also, you may have to show an increased amount of proof of funds since your stay in Canada will be longer.

Well that does make sense considering that the funds we provide are only covering the length of the program we are going for.

My brother is in PGWP in canada and according to him it is easier to accommodate there if we travel in fall as opposed to traveling in winter. I hope his sponsorship will be enough for the additional proof of funds.

There's no set rule. It's up to the CBSA officer at the border to determine if you are arriving too early or if you will be allowed into Canada. There's no way to know the decision in advance.

That's really early.

Ultimately it's entirely up to the CBSA officer. You might be fine or you might not. No way to know in advance.

I am trying to find any case where anyone has been in trouble for going too early. Please link me to any if you find and I am also trying to reach to canadian immigration services to learn abt it.

If you can, try to delay it as much as possible and if you must travel too early, be ready to have a convincing reason for doing so.

Also, try to update here afterwards how everything went.

Tbh it is because my uncle and his wife are very busy these days and my grandparents are watching over their son. Now they want to come back home and i am like the replacement baby sitter there.

I haven’t booked any ticket yet but Im working on it unless any obstacles come my way and yes if you guys find anything about the problems of going too early, please let me know.

And I will update here if it went south (hopefully not) or i am good to go.

That's not really a valid or compassionate reason to be honest. The CBSA Officer may laugh it off and welcome you to Canada, or not.

When exactly does your program begin? And when exactly are you planning on travelling?

There are definitely a few of cases on this forum where people arrived too early and CBSA sent them home (and told them to come back later). I have no idea how to find those threads so can't help you with links.

You're wasting your time reaching out to IRCC. The decision is up to the CBSA officer. There is absolutely no way to guarantee entry or know what will happen before you come here. You'll just have to be prepared to roll the dice and see.

This will be classified as working illegally. Don't use that as your reason at the border.

Oh. Shoot. Okey will do.

If i do go I won’t mention it.
Basically your reason for wanting to come early is to violate the terms of your study permit. So tread carefully...
