Panel physician can resubmit to IRCC

Hi guys, Spousal inland application here. I am the sponsor.
Applied ending August, received AOR 10 days later. Have a question though.

I already have a medical active dated 31 Jan and had submitted that with the application. It has only been 7 months since then. I received a Medical request although our medical is still active.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to set up a new medical when the old one (from Jan 31 2022) is still active. No IRCC physical panel doctor is accepting an appointment because our old medical is not 9 months old yet.
What are my options? I already raised a Webform re-submitting proof of that medical.

Would really appreciate your views as this is very confusing. Thanks and god bless.
Called atleast 5 IRCC doctors offices. All of them said the same thing...
Raise a webform asking IRCC to link the medical with your application. I did just that and now we wait.

They specifically said the panel physician re-submitting medical to IRCC won't help. So confusing.

Seriously hope the webform reaches out to them... they been asking me to submit fee for biometrics for my moms visitor visa, whereas she did hers in 2019 and has visited Canada before, and the biometrics are valid for 10 year...smh i have sent 5 webforms with biomteric details no reply

also they changed her UCI lmao

Mismatching UCIs can cause problems
Yes one of my friend had similar issues, she ended up getting stuck in India due to that for almost 6 months, she guided me to send webforms and not redo biometrics or it will cause further delays as uci for her as well was changed when she applied for TRV after having lived in Canada as student for 3 years imagine.

However i have submitted entire issue in multiple webforms so far heard nothing.

hello All,

I am a PR holder and my spouse is currently in Canada, as he is on Valid visitor visa. He does have Driving license sharing the same address and other proof of cohabitation with me. I am planning to apply PR for him but i am confused which option to chose, which application class to chose, as he might have to travel to his home country for 2-3 months, because of some family priorities.

1. Currently living in Canada and applying under Spouse in Canada class
2. Currently living outside Canada and applying under Family class
3. Currently living in Canada but applying under Family class.

Is there any thread connecting FC1 sponsors who live overseas and have to prepare proof of return to Canada upon PA visa grant? I am in that situation and would like to learn from everyone's experience. I heard that SA might be delayed for sponsors who submit application while residing outside Canada.

Hi All, I had done my Express Entry PR application on my own, by connecting with users from this forum and reading online.
This forum was of a big help to me.

Now I plan to get married this year and want to ensure that my spousal application is done correctly and in the short span on time.
I have a close friend whose online application was rejected due to missing signatures. I have also read/heard about delays in the processing.

Since I read that all applications will be done only Online going forward from September End

A. Should I go with a consultant or should I do it on my own so as to get this right in the first go. Please advice.

B. I have actively started to go through the process/mistakes to ensure minimal mistakes/gaps, please do advice if there are any handy resources, that are readily available.
C. Is it better to apply for Visitor Visa before marriage or after submitting the Spousal PR application?

The online application is very straightforward imo. Get the checklist from ircc website and make sure you include everything from the checklist. Double triple check before submitting. Also you can start an application and not submit it. So maybe give that a try and see if you feel comfortable. If not get a lawyer.
Apply for visitors visa before sponsorship application. If you do after, there is a big chance they say no. Did that mistake and got rejected twice. They don't believe the fact that the spouse will return after the visa expires.

Wait time is insane at the moment for outland sponsorship application so I highly recommend you do the visitors visa and bring your spouse here then apply for sponsorship. That way it does not matter how long it takes and you can apply inland sponsorship/owp which has faster processing time.

Just for future knowledge, i reached out to my friend, she said fortunately she managed to speak to an agent on phone, he said he will add the existing biometrics to her new UCI and she returned to Canada back in April

A. It's highly recommended you reach out to a qualified consultant of your choice (check here who is authorized: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigration-citizenship-representative/choose/authorized.html). Many will work by the hour if you don't want to hire full services and some will offer you a deal to "coach" you through the process if you want.
B. Read the full guide from IRCC thoroughly. The basics is: be consistent across your current and past applications (for example if you have applied for other permits, check that what you put in your employment history is consistent with what you have said in the past), don't miss any signature (the document checklist helps with this), pay all the fees at once if you don't want any delays.
C. I would apply before the marriage. It has been known that you have 50/50 changes of getting visitor visa for your spouse after the Spouse PR application. And this is necessary if you want to be able to bring your spouse to stay with you and apply inland.
