Job approval letter received today, but confused if I apply for sinp or wait till I complete 1 year and apply under the Canadian experience class .
I have TCF Canada level 7 , Wes done , 5 years foreign experience noc B age 28

I'm also in your shoes. Here is what I did- Based on my CRS (516), I qualify for CEC but based on the portal Month to month calculation, I'm waiting till next two weeks before i accept ITA. Since IRCC is not a dependable companion, I have also applied for SINP nomination (because i have a job approval letter). Here is my plan- if I get ITA by next two weeks, I won't use the SINP nomination, otherwise, SINP is my fallbackl

But I'll have to decline the invitation. I took two weeks unpaid leave, so I have to wait till Sept. 28-I don't want issues with IRCC
