Since you are fluent in French then take TCF. If you score CLB 7 in all sections then eligible for French draws and score may be high enough. Max English scores too.

French scores are pretty high these days and will be competing with people with 2 degrees, younger, Canadian work experience, etc. Not the easy pathway it once was. On top of that it makes no sense career wise at the moment. It will be very hard to find a job and can’t see that changing anytime soon.
