My mother and father will be travelling to Canada on tourist visa to help me with my newborn baby but they don’t speak English.I won’t be able to travel to bring them in Canada because of small baby,so they will be travelling on their own. How can they answer immigration officer question with this language barrier. can we get interpreter for them.?what’s the process for same?

Airports have translators.

This is a very common scenario. Would suggest they keep your number handy just in case immigration needs further infirmation especially if they aren’t regular travellers. As already indicated there are translators but you can also send them with answers to basic questions written in English like why they are visiting, where they will be staying, how much savings they have to support them in Canada, etc. They will confirm this information but this may make them feel more comfortable to have the information prepared in English.
