sorry for the late response, For the HCCP, need copy of passport and visa, For the employers, you need to provide Police Clearance, Govt ID with signatures, money order to pay POLO $34.50 and many documents that came from our agency in the Philippines. We agreed to pay our agency when the processing is done. 1st Dynamics mailed our documents to DHL. We only have to sign those documents and sent it to POLO Toronto through mail. POLO Toronto had set up an interview 2 days after they received our documents and after I pass the interview, they mailed it back to us same day. Then after we received the documents checked we mailed it to our agency in the Philippines and they will process our documents to POEA to get the OEC. I suggest you contact POLO Toronto or Vancouver to be sure ask them to send you the checklist of required documents.

Yay! Just checked my gckey and the latest update is MEDICAL PASSED! That was fast, coz the recent result was just submitted by the panel physician last Monday.

but I’m still on eligibility check and background check. And then my application status in gckey went back to SUBMITTED again.

july last year got my Permanent AOR
Medical request few weeks ago, did my medical last week only.
ADR last month. Sent it right away
