Yes, I understand but when did your employer submitted NOA? Does CIC requested then he submitted? In my sister case they are done the medical and other requirements requested last month but no NOA requested ever since from her employer.
we never got any request for NOA, what my employer did is they added them when we got a request for an updated offer of employment IMM 5983, they also included (not just the NOA) birt cert of the children, proof of status-copy of PR/Canadian passports, basement suite layout-dedicated for the home childcare provider.
all of these, substantiated the fact that the offer is genuine and were acknowledged on gcms report.
hi Geoche, can you share the procedure/steps on how to process this requirement; is there a specific person with Dynamics or just go there and they will assign someone?
what are the requirements that an employer needs to secure in Canada?

Do they respond to webforms with regards to follow up? What about phone calls? Were they able to talk to an agent all the time? It's been hard to talk to someone lately
they were able to call yet the typical info that they will tell you is the things listed in your online application but the good thing is you will be able to tell them you’re frustration as an employer how badly you need the help from the employee; they did answer on some of the webform the last one is the one they said: we can confirm that your application is already sent to visa office in manila contact the specific office for follow up.
that is when my employer thought where’s the passport request? they tried to call yesterday after half day of calling without going through they just received the email for passport request.

yes now the OEC game, so I contacted Fil HR but unfortunately they couldn’t give proper procedure, they asked for 3 things: LMIA (as we all know this pathway is not required yet the person is arguing) copy of the contract and police clearance from Canada, they never mentioned any of the authentication which really concerned me, the process may get delayed again due to insufficient information about the procedure and experience of the person; sum of all it is really painful
