Does alberta give importance to the NOC or the two criteria of Blood Relative and Job offer/LMIA Job offer. I can't figure out this as alberta PNP is very secretive and doesn't publish much info on the draws or NOC's

I updated my profile with job offer on 25th July for medical admin assistant and primary noc 1221 and have my sister staying in alberta. trying to understand how much time alberta takes to pick up a file post updating

So your NOC is different from your job offer? How is your employer showing they couldn’t hire someone in Alberta but can only hire you if your NOC is not that of a medical admin assistant?

Mine is admin and the job offer provided is the same of admin assistant like billing and handling customer enquiries and other admin Jon but in a clinic

Right so that is NOC 1243 if you are in a health setting.

So if you are in a medical setting then you are in the NOC 124x class. NOC 122x class is for administrative and regulatory settings. You say you are doing billings and customer service so that is not NOC 1221.

All I am getting at is that it seems your job offer is not related to your NOC in your EE profile.

I have submitted alberta tech pathway form as i have a job offer in noc 2175. I also have aprovince connection. With crs 363. Can i expect NOI as the recent draw cut off was 473.
