So glad you got your Portal email as well. We’ve been in this together for a while. It’s just me that’s here in Canada. My partner and daughter are in Jamaica. I just replied to the portal email with only my info and mentioned that both dependents are Outland. Or should I still submit their info even though they’re not here.

Just got 2nd portal email but when I try to log in it say the password or username is wrong? What should I do?

No I tried logging in with the password from IRCC

^make sure you are not copying spaces or something like that.....you should be able to access the portal using the email and the password provided. The first thing to do will be create a new password.

It keeps saying the info is wrong no matter what I do.
