Unable to login to pr portal

Hi guys i got prtal credentials on june 24 but when i am trying to login it just showing me tick marks nothing else i am not even getting the password reset link, anybody faced this issue please help ?

same issue happened to me as well. Only six green check marks occurred

Hey guys, I got the portal credentials on June 25. After login, I see a blank page with 6 green tick marks. I am unable to proceed further. What should I do?

I have sent an email to portal one about this issue and don't know if it can help. We must let them know about it, so they can fix. I know there are a few more people who had this issue, it should be a system error I guess.

No problem, I also have attached the screenshot of the 6 tick marks page in the email. by the way, which office you are in? my portal from Calgary

I was about to have a heart attack, thinking I was the only one with this issue :)

Me too! and now I know I'm not alone haha, the most important is to let them be aware of it, waiting is too exhausted

Thank you guys for sharing this info, i think portal site is down thats why we are unable to submit our photo and adress ,its not a bad idea to send them an email

same here, I got my confirmation email on June 23, and whenever I log into the portal the only thing that appears is the 6 green checkmarks.
