BC Pnp eligibility without a valid work visa

Dear all,

I am about to travel outside Canada for personal urgent reasons while on implied status. Unfortunately i might loose my status in Canada. Would I still qualify for BC PNP? Is the bc pnp independent from the visa status of the applicant like the express entry ?

If eligible, then yes you can qualify for BC through EE.
