hello there guys i need help regarding my spousal application. i married my gf who is canadian citizen nd then applied for my application. After a wait of 7 to 8 months they sent us mail asking for additional documents they think its not genuine that i got married for pr. Gave us time of 7days submit all documents within 7days. But after sending the additional documents they refused my application. And now i have time limitations of 30days i can reapply or else i have to go back my home country. So i don't know what to do should i reapply .? even if i did reapply what happens next how long does it take to get response or what happens next. if gets accepted than it'll be the best day of my entrie life but what if gets refuse again can i apply again will it effect my status near future. B,zoc currently i'm live here on her but i do have visitor visa so even if i have to go back if it gets rejected again can i come back on visitor visa for visit or apply through getting a job N LMIA or something in near future.? help me friends

You can't appeal but you are free to reapply inland or outland, but keep in mind that reapplying without adding new evidence addressing the concerns that led to the first refusal will led to the same results so I would first try to get the gcms notes.
inland within canada

well they haven't given any specific reason

Like what were the red flags ?

For example

Not been so long in relationship ?
Religious differences ?
Did not do cultural marriage?
Parents were not there in marriage?
Not living together since long time ?
Recently met and got married ?

Which of those belongs to your situation ?
May b any other situation u have ?

U can order gcms notes to have better idea , so u will come to know y they refused

You must have some idea. What documents did they ask for when they contacted you for additional information?

1: they and their family members, whether accompanying or not, are not inadmissible[b,zoc my family was back in india that was the reason they could not attend] nd my wedding took place during covid 2020]
2: they hold a document described in any of paragraphs
3: i have applied to remain in canada as a permanent resident as a member of a class referred to in subsection
4: they are in canada to establish permanent residence
5: they meet the selection criteria and other requirements applicable to that class;
6: they hold a medical certificate based on the most recent medical examination to which they were required to submit under paragraph of the act and which took place within the previous 12 months that indicates that their health condition is not likely to be danger to public health or public safety and unless subsection of the act applied is not reasonably expected to cause excessive demand.
