Citizenship Applications entails several stages and the knowledge test is simply one of these stages. A final review is yet to be conducted on your file before a decision is rendered. We will not expedite any applications for ceremony without a final decision on file.



It is your responsibility to ensure you keep all documents valid in the event you need to travel.

What email did you reach out to them ? I never got a test invite email so not sure where to email.

Don't worry too much about the timeline, it's beyond our control. There are people who get the entire process completed in 6 months and some take 2 years( mostly applicants during the initial few months of Covid19). I am not sure you rushing back to Canada and updating IRCC on the same would make considerable changes.
My understanding is, that there are new staff at IRCC to cater to the volume, and they process normal applications without any issues. But when an application deviates from normal ( marital status change/ address change/ name change/ gaps in the residence in Canada, etc) they are forwarded to senior officers for them to process the application with related validations. So I would suggest leaving IRCC to their own internal processes and we live our lives better and happier. If ever there is an issue they will definitely contact you.

Was it an Urgent Request? Urgent Requests get processed in 6 months
 
So guys, I emailed Scarborough office yesterday and they replied that would schedule my oath for end of June. Today AM I received the tracker update for 28 June oath ceremony.
Bottom line- they are incredibly responsive when you ask them to expedite the oath but not to accelerate your processing..

AOR: Sep 8th 2021.
Background complete: Feb 4th 2022.
Test complete: Feb 11th 2022.
Prohibitions, Language and Physical presence complete: June 1st 2022
Oath status updated: June 1st 2022.
Oath scheduled for : June 28th 2022.
