Hello,
I understand that the validity of the Medical repport is 1 year which is also the validity of the issued visa. My question is, does that 1 year limit start from the day of the medical visit or the day the report is signed? And if it is from the day the report is signed, how much difference is there (usually) between the day of the medical visit and the day when the report is signed?
I did my remeds on the 14th, passed on the 21st, the RFV email states that I have to get to Canada by the 21st. YMMV.

I believe that @wonderbly knows what's correct in principle. In practice IRCC could and has mis-performed according to this guideline, and no applicant wants to be in that situation. Even if it's 100% win, why risk going to court anyway? Getting PR smoothly is much more important than feeling correctly minimalistic, no?
The link I posted states that WES report should be attached after ita stage.

Can you please explain to me what do you mean by "passed" on the 21st ? i mean when you did your visite, the center sent your report to IRCC and then on your profil it showed "passed" on the 21st ? so it has nothing to do with the day you did your visite, but the day when IRCC accepted it ?

You are an idiot. Nowhere in the application it asks to upload these.
Are you sure? I remember someone posted that their R10 was not passed because of ECA report not attached. It actually says on the website to attach the report. Agree with you that it's kinda redundant; the number is provided, why the report should be uploaded? But that's what it says on the website and numerous people failed R10 because of this.

Hello, I noticed that people usually get a remedical request and a request for PCC and Schedule A before they get PPR. Does that mean getting only a remedical request means not much at all?

I'm wondering if I got excited about nothing :D
I got a re-medical request and then Schedule-A ADR 3 days later. And then they sat on their asses for 2 months before issuing PPR. This just means that there is movement in your file and all movement is good.

As much as I hate ircc, this is simply not correct.

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/education-assessed/submit-report.html

IRCC has to follow guidelines on the website; otherwise, it’s an easy win in the court
Dude, you think I made it up? Here it is, in black and white, on their own website. This page is dedicated to telling you what is/not mandatory or required in your e-APR for PR:

Purpose
To confirm education claims and validate that the applicant meets program requirements
Document requirements
  • To receive program-specific points for education, the applicant must either
    • provide proof of having completed a Canadian secondary or post-secondary educational program; or
    • obtain an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) and provide the ECA reference number in their application, along with proof of the foreign educational credentials for which points are being claimed.
  • Proof of completed Canadian or foreign educational credentials can include copies of
    • secondary or post-secondary education documents (certificates, diplomas or degrees); and
    • transcripts for successfully completed secondary or post-secondary studies, if available.
  • Applicants must provide the Designated Learning Institution (DLI)number of the Canadian Institution where they completed their highest degree to be assigned points for their Canadian educational credentials.
    • At the EE profile and application stage, the system will ask the candidate to enter the # of their DLI by using the list of DLI posted on IRCC website. The system will insert a note if the number of the DLI doesn’t match for the officer to review
  • Where an ECA has been obtained, the applicant must provide the ECA reference number in their e-APR for online validation directly from the issuing organization.

Take a stroll in the corridors of AOR threads of this website, and see how many people have been rejected for not including WES copy in their application. You don't even need to go back far, just 2020 - 2021.

No such cases. You only provide them if they ask for it. It's not required when you fill out the application.

Hello guys, I have a question. I recently received COPR, but I haven't landed in Canada yet. Can I apply for super visa for my parents now? Or can I apply for the super visa only after I land in Canada? Thanks in advance.
