They have a statutory timeline of 30 days, which they have missed before. Recently though most cases I've seen take ~4-5 weeks.

Hi @PRANIT01
There wont be any problem, see my parents situation below.

Which airways are you travelling from? Are the airways same like from India to Vancouver to Calgary?

Recently my parents travelled from Delhi to Vancouver to Edmonton and they traveled via Air India from India and air canada for canada and they too had just 2 hours layover from Vancouver to Edmonton.
F
They were issued 2 boarding passes 1) delhi to Vancouver and 2) Vancouver to Edmonton.
Also, they got their luggage directly at Edmonton and not Vancouver.
And just in case if things mess up at Vancouver airport and you miss the flight the airlines arranges next flight ticket for your for free.
Hope this helps.

That’s really nice. Thanks for sharing!

I just called air Canada, they said it is perfectly fine if I miss the flight due to immigration they will arrange it in the next connection flight with full free of cost.I just have to notify them.

For passengers from india a Note
Things might be different for you ,this is my experience
European flights be careful especially with klm their customer service is horrendous, I actually booked first in that but had to change it ,the trouble I went through was another level.
The number they provide in most cases won't work ,you can only contact them through WhatsApp. The chatbot is plainly garbage.
To make the matters worse it is damn expensive.
People who do softlanding try to book round the trip ,it might be cheaper.
I book a round the trip it was only 20k inr more than 1 way but the return is on oct just an info.

Try to book through the actual airline website not 3 rd party like clear trip, sky scanner
But if you have sbi card mostly you won't be able to use it in most of the airlines website in that case use 3rd party.

Where did they clear customs and immigration?

Hey guys,

Need your advice. I have received ADR (Schedule A, PCC), filled them and send everything. Now, I have reviewed the Schedule A again and noticed a mistake (I don't know if I made a mistake).

In Q. 6, it asks: Have you, or, if you are the principal applicant, any of your family members listed in your application for permanent residence in Canada . I have filled my visa refusals in my Schedule A and my spouse has filled her visa refusals in hers. Do i need to raise the webform and resend the Schedule A and include my spouse's visa refusals?

Just so tired from this whole journey that I ended up missing the part between comas. I thought that since they sent Schedule A for both of us, they want to know my history and my spouse's history separately.

@legalfalcon maybe you can help me out. I didn't hide ANY visa refusals but rather, separated them (mine were listed in my Schedule A and my spouse's were listed in hers).

This was the case when we came in last year as well (next flight ticket for free), just not sure if that was still the case.

So If I have an Indian Amex card, they will transfer my current credit history to Canada?

I know you have provided the link but that link is for people in the US. I wanted to know if it applies to Indians who have Indian Amex card.
Not sure about it, but call Indian Amex and ask if they can.
