Need your opinion based on what you guys have witnessed so far.

After settlement as a result of a JR on a study permit, if the application has been reopened for over 60 days, but no documents request, what does it mean?

There are two things. First if 60 dayd passed and did not ask. IRCC may issue ppr without asking as i seen one girl git ppr after settlement and no ADR. Second thing your file still in que for review. Once VO check it then ADR may come
Which office was it?

I got document request on the same day my application was reopened. Who knows what they do. These are uncharted territories as not a lot of people go for JR. Logically, all I know is if they have settled, then the most probable outcome is a PPR. It's only a matter of time. So, hang in there.

What I have seen so far is that sometimes they take several months to reopen the application, but when they reopen then they don't take much time to ask for documents, haven't personally seen any case where they didn't request documents in months.

PS Just checked your timeline, your case went through very fast.
