Thanks for the reply. I tried this umber many times but I haven't been able to speak to an agent. It says to speak to an agent press zero, and as soon as I press zero the call ends!!!
What extention did you try? Or what call option did you choose?

i had same issue keep trying. good time to call them morning 8AM and 3:30 PM. i was able to reach them after so many tries.

Yes, request for IMM 5768 and IMM 1283(last 12 months income) and proof of relationship between sponsor & applicant In April.

I received letter from cic today .. for income evaluation which I submitted yes on form so I don’t know should I submit option c or not ? Please let me know what to do . Thank you

Please note that the following documentation will be required for your sponsorship application to determine whether you meet the minimum necessary income requirements to sponsor a parent or grandparent. In order to minimize processing delays, if not already included in your application, please obtain and submit as soon as possible:
 A completed and signed authorization form – IMM 5768 - Financial Evaluation for Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship providing your Social Insurance Number.
o If you selected “Yes” to the Statement of Consent on this form and provided your Social Insurance Number, you authorize IRCC to request information from Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) in regards to your, or the cosigner’s (if applicable), income tax information for the three consecutive years immediately preceding the received date of your application.
OR
o Ifyouselected“No”totheStatementofConsentonthisformthenyouwouldneedto provide in addition, a completed form - IMM 5748 - Income Sources for the Sponsorship of Parents and Grandparents and an original OPTION C-Printout for the three consecutive years immediately preceding the received date of your parents and grandparents sponsorship application. This document is not the same as the Notice of Assessment and the Option C available on your My Account. The Option C document is available free of charge by calling the CRA. To obtain this document please call CRA at 1-800-959-8281.
If you are a resident of Quebec, you are not required to provide the above documents.

if you already submit it, ignore it. letter says if not then do it.

Hi all, question for you. For how long can a PR stay outside of Canada while family sponsorship application is in process? Is there a limit on no. of days PR holder can stay outside of Canada while the sponsorship application is in process? Where can I find that information? Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Finally got the AOR for my parents. They are asking Form5768, which I had already submitted.
I checked the status using F12, it says the document is approved. Should I submit the form again?

Open a chrome tab>press F12>you will see some pane opening up on the right>click Network in that pane>then click Fetch/Xhr
now go to https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/ then sign in and click view application
on the right click on "cases?phase" > then click Preview on its right
Then click on the arrows to see more notes

NO Bio Or medical yet. First of all I am waiting for sposor approval. As they ask me in march option c print out 2018,2019,2020 then two weeks letter another request for IMM 5768 and IMM 1283(last 12 months income) and proof of relationship between sponsor & applicant.

sometimes those requests come in before sponsor approval is received. these requests can be a good indication that SA is on the way.

Hello guys,

I got Letter requesting below-
"IMM 5476 (for Sponsor): It appears that you are using an authorized representative, however, an IMM5476 has not been provided for the Sponsor. Please provide a current, complete and signed Use of a Representative form (IMM 5476) for the Sponsor."

I think IMM5476 was for Representative and signed by Applicant (my Parents).
But they are asking for Sponsor (Me) to sign.
Also, on the form it says, Applicant information.

Can someone please help me with this?
