Background verification - not started

I have submitted my application a year ago ( april 2021). So far eligibility ( completed ) / medical exam ( completed in feb 2022) / biometrics (received)

background vertification is showing NOT STARTED. Anyone experience the same issue ? Am i missing some documents where I should contact them?

it is processing in HONG KONG visa office
