Lol. Got my Ready for Visa email now. It came directly to my inbox. IRCC didn’t make me wander in the Spam folder.

AOR: Nov 2020
Security and Criminality not passed as per April 4th GCMS notes. Medicals extended on April 11th. IP2 ( We are processing your background…) Ghost Update on April 11th.

Ready for Visa on April 14th.
Thats its. No ADR. No BS.
I have been silent last two weeks. My nemesis NavinBall, Dkabs, Sean Frasers thought I died in an accident. So folks, what happened is I got married in a Temple in India 2 days ago and had my marriage registered as per suggestion from members here and received my marriage certificate same day. My actual big fat Indian wedding ceremony is still on and weeks away. My parents and her parents had to hide our marriage because you know our relatives cannot shut their mouth. I didn't not want to keep IRCC waiting. So responded to my Ready for visa email with change in Marital status yesterday. Today, IRCC responded quickly to my email and they have requested the standard sets of documents for my wife. Cannot believe the speed IRCC is working. Thank fucking god, I have all the documents ready except medicals and that should be done in a week.

I'm only going to say 'grats for now, cos you've only done a "wedding-lite". I'll say congratulations after the big fat Indian wedding happens ;).

Just try not to knock her up before then cos she still needs to fit in the wedding dress...and you don't want to give those Aunties something to gossip about :D :D .

Glad IRCC got back to you so quickly!

Got a request for Schedule A & PCC. One question, if I am working in a different city (same country) for the past year, but my permanent address is in another city, how should I deal with that? All my national identity documents, PCC etc have my permanent address. Should I mention the different city I'm working in or should I just stick with my permanent address?

Edit: I'm asking because my PCC will have my permanent address on it, in another city, not the one i am working in for the past year.
Can I write both addresses, my permanent and current temporary one in the address history and for the PCC attach the one from my permanent address and write a LOE to explain that my permanent address is the same and I’m in the other city for a temporary assignment & PCC is only made for permanent address.

Hey guys,

I really need your help. I have just noticed that there is 5 USD equivalent difference between the gross/base salary in paystubs, I attached and job reference letter. That difference is per month which results in roughly 60 USD mismatch in yearly salary. Because we mostly focus on net salary and not gross salaries in my home country, I haven't noticed this mistake until now.

Is it something I should fix with a LoE or issues like that will not raise a red flag? I don't want to attract more attention and delay the application further. At the same time, I don't want to be refused for misrepresentation or anything like that.

Just go with your permanent address. Don't complicate things.

The amount you get paid is not important. What is important is to be able to proof that you indeed worked for that company and got paid.

Don't sweat it.

But then there will be a discrepancy. My work history will mention my position in the different city and in my address history there will be no mention of that city? Won’t that discrepancy cause an issue?

Thank you. It's just I attached 3 paystubs that have a salary of 2205 USD (in our national currency equivalent). When I take that and multiply by 12 I get 26460 per year. I guess HR rounded the salary down by 2200 and gave me a reference letter for 26400 per year.

Worrying about it right now as it will be extremely stupid to be flagged or rejected for something so minor. At the same time, raising a webform might open a whole new can of worms.
