Tough choice and you're flipping brave if you go ahead with it. But I don't blame you bruv, do what you have to.

Goodluck gents @OneStepAtATime @ElvisRamaj glad that you guys finally have something concrete to look forward to.
I mean, simple math. I have 500+ points and I will be selected in the first draw. July + 6 months is January 2023.

Now, we have 27 months. January 2021 AOR + 27 months = July 2023.

The only thing I am not sure about is how long it will take to withdraw the file. If they would operate like normal people and give estimate, then no worries. If they are going to take 6 month to withdraw my file, then it's a different story.

Yeah I'd be worried about the withdrawal time. I think I saw someone else saying it can take months. And of course, being IRCC, it can be impossible to get a straight answer on the status of the withdrawal.

The only thing that is stopping me right now is that thing. I am afraid that if I decide to withdraw they will actually do it, ONLY when they get to my file. Which means that were about to process it but they got notification to withdraw it and bum.

I really hope they process existing apps before July! Otherwise god knows how much longer they'll take.
Exactly my logic here. If they don't process my file by July (and they won't), they will shift their resources to process the new files within the 6 months timeline. Which means that I am looking at 2+ years in the BEST CASE scenario.

Which is what is happening with PNP guys right now.

I mean if you wanna blindly trust Irrc to keep their word, not only about resuming these draws but also processing them in 6 months like we were all led to believe, then be their guest bruh lol. I reckon we'll definately be through before Winter 2022 if you're already waiting

Depends on who says it. When Fraser gets out and says smth. he has to do it. Before they never said anything.

Not sure about Winter 2022. Look at PNPs. There was a guy this week getting a PR, applied in December 2021. There are people still waiting from early 2020 :)

Thinking about it as well. Lol my eligibility didn't even start lmao. I doubt July is when I hear anything. Maybe July 2023? )))

EDIT: Just saw that you are March 2020. Yeah, I applied in Jan. 2021.
