Hi ! Amazing discussion forum thanks for the help everyone here!
I am sending my application under INLAND spousal sponsorship, im doing my second year visa of Young Professional (closed work permit) and is expiring next May 19th 2022. I have paid and attached my OWP with the SP applocation and I have a couple of questions:
About timing, when will I be able to work with an Open work permit? When I get my AOR or when I get the approval of the OWP.
Am I in implied status once they send me the AOR ? or I am able to work for anyone when I receive that

I think what you've done is fine - for this particular box, though, I'd suggest also putting the reason it is not applicable

eg:
Not applicable - sponsor and applicant have resided together since [date]

Not strictly necessary though.

Does anyone know how long it takes NDVO to stamp a visa upon passport submission for PR spousal, it is now coming to 4 weeks and no update given everything takes long post COVID time.

HI All,

I have submitted my spousal application on October 2021 and till now I havent got any AOR's/email's from IRCC.
It was online.

The problem Im facing now is, Im unable to login to and check the status online from which I have submitted my spousal application, also unable to reset the password as well. Raised multiple web-forms, But nu luck.
Can someone please guide me :-(

I tried creating the login in the tracker portal, It is not allowing me to create one either with sponsor or applicant details.
I have submitted my application on october 21st in online method.

I honestly dont have an idea on why I havent received my AOR yet.
is there anyone in this portal who is yet to receive the AOR even after 6 months through online submission ? Thanks.

So it stand to reason that, you or the applicants information are nit in the system yet

We are Nigerian and my file was transfer to VO in Ghana Accra but presently am not in Nigeria i applied from Europe were am studying and my spouse is base in Canada?his this the right procedure or it’s a mistake on the part of IRCC

You married in Africa right...they have to send it to the regional office in your continent that knows more about your customs and marital matters as in relation to Canadian immigration marital affairs

Yes, be real and speak the truth and you should be fine.....there is no other way than speaking the truth...It is the best way aside dealing with immigration but as a lifestyle

Mar.31 My partner got AOR
Mar.31 linked to my account
Mar.31 medical request
Apr.02 got medical test
Apr.08 got pre-arrival letter
Apr.12 updated medical exam passed on my profile
Apr.14 got medical exam and randing fee riminder mail...?

hmmm is this okay..? I don't know what's going on with this order I got confused. If someone have any idea that would be appreciated.

For common-law applications, is it considered a break of cohabitation if for a few times throughout the year we've spent up to 21 days in a row apart from each other? Also, to calculate this, do dates that we spent partially together (date of departure) count as together or apart?

Hi ! Your timeline and situation is very close to me actually!
We’re Inland for Quebec and our application with owp was received in Feb 22nd 2022. My timeline so far is like this :

AOR: April 4th (linked to gckey on same day)
Medical : April 4th passed on gckey and new tracker ( upfront medical)
Biometrics : valid from precious visa, didn’t give new biometrics
Medical Examination and right of permanent resident fee reminder email : April 14th
Pre arrival services letter : April 15th

No email about CSQ yet!
