Hi guys I would like to ask some suggestion on my situation, I applied for My pgwp on May 27 2021(last year) Edmonton office , I got my refusal on March 6, reason of refusal was my school is not eligible for owp, which is not valid reason on ircf website my school dli approved school with work permit status yes, I think sonits clearly officer mistake ,I have applied for My reconsideration thru webform, on March 16 and till now neither me nor my lawyer has received anything that they recieve our webform,can someone suggest wht shud I do ? I'll be restoring my status after 80 days have passed, till that time I am counting on my qebform, plz suggest thanks

Hey guys i have applied for a study permit extension on november 25 2021 and my study permit expired February 25 2022, obviouslyyyyy i have not received any answer, im gonna graduate june, can i work full time if i apply for a pgwp on maintained status, since i expect delay aswell on my future pgwp application
If you get your extension before that then you can apply, bcoz your pgwp will ask you your study permit date and it has to be more then the date u r applying for pgwp, so u wud need for sure valid study permit you can't apply with implied status
You can apply for a PGWP if
- your study permit has been valid within the last 180 days
- you have a valid visitor record
- you submitted an application to extend your study permit before it expired and no decision has been made on your application
- you submitted an application to change your status to visitor before your study permit expired and no decision has been made on your application
Ohh they changed , but still their imm form will ask you valid study permit date, apply with professional consultant I would just recommend
Anyone waiting for pgwp between 26th of Dec 2021 to 31st of Dec, so can get an idea, how far they are from January 2022 applications.

According to CIC website, the current processing time is 36 days.

My husband applied for pgwp on 14 November 2021 got his visa on 6 March 2022.
