If you are in WP, then apply SOWP for your wife. If you are in PR then apply spousal sponsorship for your wife.Very very sad. Lost all hopes man
After applying this I think you can reapply Visitor TRV in new portal.
My wife Pgwp application is in progress. I think I have to apply for SOWP. Really can we apply with dual intent??

First application only. They are picking very randomly I think.
your guess should be right, if filed were in ottawa, it would have been processed much earlier there isn’t any news about november applications for past 10-12 days

I have a question.
My mother had submitted her Canada visitor visa application through new IRCC Portal on 26-Nov-2021 and gave her biometrics on 22-Dec-2021. After that, there has been NO update whatsoever.
It's been way more than the the stipulated time of 4 months but nothing has been done in her application. I had filled the webform also, to which they replied that they have received all the required documents and the application is in progress. Basically, no help from the webform route.
Is it possible to have her entire file shifted from New Delhi Visa Office (where her original application was sent) to New York office from where further processing can be done? If so, who should I contact for that? Or, do you advise to forget about New Delhi application altogether and send a fresh application to New York consulate of Canada?

Taking the applicant's purpose of visit into account, the documentation provided in support of the applicant's financial situation does not demonstrate that the applicant is sufficiently established that the proposed visit would be a reasonable expense.
I am not satisfied that the applicant would leave Canada at the end of their stay as a temporary resident, I note that:
-the client has strong family ties in Canada
-the client is married or has dependents or states to have close family ties in their home country, but is not sufficiently established
The purpose of visit does not appear reasonable given the applicant's socio-economic situation and therefore I am not satisfied that the applicant would leave Canada at the end of the period of authorized stay.
Weighing the factors in this application. I am not satisfied that the applicant will depart Canada at the end of the period authorized for their stay.
For the reasons above, I have refused this application.

based on what i understand after taking to agent, it cannot be and will not be moved to any other VO. The decision will be made in New Delhi VO
