When submitting webform there is a question "Is your application being processed by an office OUTSIDE Canada? " if I select India, I have to answer the below question "Choose the visa office processing your application. " which one I should select?

I applied for a visitor vis on July 23, 2021 and status is still under processing. 3 days ago I raised a web form thatvI am traveling to the USA in June and I will like to know the status of my application to know if I could visit Canada during the trip. I have already purchased a ticket for the USA and attached it on the document section of the web form.
