you need to write a couple of polite mails to them. They often reply within 24 hrs and after my 2nd mail my status changed to assessment in progress.
I would suggest you to write them & let them know your concern.

Got the copy of my assessment directly on mail!!!
I guess it was ready and sitting on desk for weeks waiting to get mailed!
I will strongly recommend everyone to who are waiting for long time to mail ICAS.

When i look at other peoples assessments it didn't take that much time...

Thank you, i did.
They said that they are currently preparing reports for files for which they received appropriate documentation in early to mid October 2021

When I tried to apply online from ICAs website, it is showing following message.
ICAS's system is currently processing a large volume of applications. Please try again later.
The ICAS system is processing a large number of requests. Please try again later.
I heard ICAS is not taking anymore new applicants until May 2022. Is it true?
