Moreover my eligibility status, medical, biometric and background check was fully completed on 17th feb and after receiving my passport at IRCC my eligibility status again changed on 9 march under process.

No, GCKEY shows not changes as of now. Mine is under process with IRCC since Mar 4, no updates so far,

Got email update on 22nd March and received the passport next day.

Passport picked up on 25 Feb'22. Reached IRCC Delhi on 01-03-2022, email for dispatch on 22-03-2022 and finally got my passport (stamped) and COPR on 24-03-2022. Counterfile generated after receiving my passport.
