Zero applications received under NOC 1113 as of end of August 2014 - how come?

Brokers and securities sales agents not interested? Or are processing agents stricter reviewing applications under this code? If anyone's applied under this code please share your experience - I intend to apply under this code next month and curious as to what the deal is.

The numbers on the CIC web site are as of the end of May - not August. CIC is still opening applications received in May.

I have applied under this NOC on 6th June ..Still not received the MR .Got the AOR on 10 November 2014.

I dont know ,how they are dealing with this NOC!!
Have anyone got MR???
